Baskerville Project

September 2008

After viewing our short Helvetica animation, David Osbaldestin asked us to work on the Baskerville Project, a group dedicated to celebrating the life and works of the type founder John Baskerville.

We were chosen to specifically animate the 'How to identify Baskerville' scene. We applied a similar info-graphics style to the scene to quickly and efficiently communicate the messages with as little confusion as possible.

We were also chosen to document the 'lettering event'. By photographing the day of typographical talent coming together in memory of John Baskerville we met some interesting characters which we have worked with on projects since.
